DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
职责和责任：


A. New key account project launching
新重点客户项目推广
1. To understand new projects’ service standard of the group contract and implement into responsible region.
理解总部新项目合约的服务标准并落实到所负责的区域内。
2. May required having local negotiation and finishes local contracts by confirmed scope and schedule under head office’s agreement/frame contract. Implement group service standard internally with branch departments and externally with clients; 根据总部合约确定之范围和安排，需要进行实地洽谈及合约落实。对内与分公司相关部门合作，对外与客户沟通以执行总部服务标准。
3. Consolidate project update reports in regular base;
定期整合项目更新报告。


B. Exiting Key Account clients relationship maintenance
维护现有重点客户的关系
1. To follow up the service standard and working with branch relevant departments, consolidate reports and actions internally.
与分公司相关部门合作并跟进服务标准，整合内部报告及程序。
2. Responsible of external client communication in the region and individual client site;
负责与区域内的及个别的客户沟通
C. Direct sales to key account clients;
对于重点客户的直接销售
1. Responsible for selling company service and products to key account customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts;
负责所指定之区域、行业或客户，负责公司重点客户的产品与服务销售
2. Build up close relation with key accounts client in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts;
在所负责之指定区域或行业与重点客户建立良好的关系。
3. Achieve the annual sales target on schedule and build up proper pipe line;
按时完成年度销售目标，建立合适的潜在客户渠道。
