Accountabilities:
· Support TSM in formulating product security action plan
· Train commercial teams and customers in the frame of IPR protection
· Information source from internal stakeholder
· Network build up to monitor infringement intelligence
· Quick response& appropriate mode of enforcement to protect product
· Enforcement stakeholder data& network at country level and support SBU in handling agents' enquiry
· Cross communication in SBU leadership team to secure biz interest
· Knowledge reinforcement in the field of agrochemical
· Skill reinforcement of IPR infringement field action
· Internal communication with commercial function

Requirements:
· law bachelor and above; know IPR laws and enforcement organs' internal procedure well
· at least 2-3 years IP experiences of multinational companies or famous IP agency or working experiences of enforcement organs
· capability to assess and resolve conflict, handle complex infringement case
· good communication and coordination skills; quickly learn and apply new skills
· work under pressure and cool-headed; tenacity in the face of opposition
