Risk Management Solution Team leader(Senior Manager or Director level)

They provides two solutions: Risk Solutions is to mitigate credit and supplier risk, increase cash flow and drive increased profitability; Sales & Marketing Solutions is to provide effective and cost efficient marketing solutions and to convert prospects into clients by enabling business professionals to research companies, executives and industries.
Location: BJ/ SH/ GZ
Principle Accountabilities:
· Lead the team to achieve at least 100% of sales and revenue target.
· Develop and implement sales plans to promote full range of products and services to existing and potential customers.
· Explore and identify market opportunities and respond within corporate guidelines through products and/or delivery systems, adaptation or customization so that profit and growth objectives are met.
· Lead and manage the team to fulfill the projects you team sold with high quality and customer satisfaction.
· Recruit, manage, motivate and train up team members. Monitor sales and revenue performance and evaluate standards of performance according to company guidelines.
· Coordinate sales and fulfillment activities and ensure smooth communication with all other functions within HDBC, including D&O team, Finance, HR and IT teams.
· Responsible for team cost control to reach high efficiency both on sales and fulfillment activities.
Requirements:
? Experience and knowledge on risk/credit management with at least 8 years related experiences
? Experience on sales and marketing activities
? Team management experience
? University degree and consulting industry background
? Experience in sales strategy planning and budgeting
? Excellent people management skills
? Direct new Customer Acquisition Experience
? Highly Customer Focuse
