Job Description
A) Overview
Global Talent & Innovation Network (GTIN) is a unique part of Company Management Consulting (AMC) and serves Company clients in Industry, Functional and Analytics related areas, across countries using an onshore/ offshore model for Management Consulting.
Currently we are seeking a manager level professional with industry, and/or consulting experience in:
? Energy sector – Oil & Gas industries, Upstream, Downstream, specializing in hydrocarbon supply chain optimization
B) Basic Requirements
? The position requires a minimum of bachelor’s degree in the relevant engineering field
? Excellent oral and written English
? Excellent oral and written Mandarin
? Excellent PowerPoint & Excel skills
? Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues
? Self-motivated with strong analytical and communication skills
? Good inter-personal skills to work well with clients and other team members
? Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
? Understanding of Company’s area of business and overall business strategy in Energy Industry
C) Desired Skills & Experience
? 7+ years of progressive industry or consulting experience in Oil & Gas industries
? Experienced in the hydrocarbon supply chain management, especially in the areas of global planning, demand forecasting, nominations, scheduling, distribution, production planning, oil movements and optimization modeling
? Possess an impressive executive demeanor, team oriented and collaborative approach
? Demonstrate strong understanding of business, technology and process implications related to industry
? Maintain network and relationships to keep abreast with competitors’ activities and develop and maintain effective business relationships in the industry.
? Should be diplomatic, flexible, and can influence the “C” level client executives
? Can manage and lead a project team onshore / off shore, and to ensure that deliverables are met with quality and in a timely fashion
? Responsible for performance management of the project team
D) Other Skills & Experience
? MBA / Technical Master’s degrees is a plus
? English proficiency equivalent to band 7 of IELTS or score 100 of TOEFL
? Strong BPM skills - experience of operating model, process flows, leading practices, KPI’s required to execute supply demand activities across the value chain
? Knowledge or exposure to automation and industrial solutions related to ERP, planning, nomination, production management(PIMS, LIMS, MES), maintenance and reliability, Asset management and operations optimization
? Overseas or MNC working experience is a plus
? Mandarin, Japanese and Korean / English bi-lingual abilities would be of advantages
