Sourcing & Procurement Consulting Senior Manager

Location: Shanghai or Beijing
Duties and Responsibilities:
？ Demonstrate strong understanding of business, technology and process implications as related to supply chain management, global sourcing and procurement (S&P), Lean Six Sigma, Master Black Belt, strategic planning or business process improvement both onshore and offshore enabled transformation for large global companies.
？ Demonstrate strong ability to interpret business case solutions into quantifiable customer values.
？ Exhibits strong understanding of the industry/domain for solution design, transition planning, process improvement and service definition.
？ Exhibit effective oral and written communication, leadership, project management, and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management.
？ Create and implement strategic solutions, process optimization, re-design and change management.
？ Maintain networks and relationships to keep abreast of competitors’ activities and develop and maintain effective business relationships in the industry.
？ Demonstrate a strong track record of solving complex business issues and delivering client satisfaction.
？ Comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the “C” level executives in a range of environments.
？ Possess an impressive executive demeanor, a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities.
？ Possess and demonstrate high integrity and credibility.
？ Have strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
？ Manage a team to ensure that deliverables are met with quality and in a timely fashion.
？ Provide guidance and direction to consultants and analysts.
？ Responsible for performance management of the team.
？ Adhere to clients’ Service Level Agreements.

Requirements:
？ 10+ years of progressive business and consulting experience in related industry.
？ Strong industry and functional experience in supply chain management, global sourcing and procurement (S&P), Lean Six Sigma, Master Black Belt, strategic planning or business process improvement
？ Strong program management skills.
？ Should be diplomatic, flexible, and have a good team approach.
？ Experience working with “C” level executive clients.
