Consultant/Senior Consultant for a Top consulting company
Our client is one of the world's most dynamic and top management consulting companies with over 200K professional staff in more than 100 countries. With broad global resources and a unique combination of business and technology know-how, it collaborate with clients to cultivate ideas and deliver results.
Duties and Responsibilities:
? Interact with clients to understand business needs. Work with team members to develop actionable and insightful analytical solutions to solve business problems
? Develop statistical models to support marketing efforts, such as customer segmentation, acquisition and retention
? Develop statistical testing programs to measure and improve on-going performance of marketing campaigns
? Apply appropriate techniques, such as exploratory data analysis, regression, bootstrapping, trees, cluster analysis, survival analysis and so on
? Be able to understand detailed analytical concepts and then communicate those concepts to clients in a way that is easy for them to comprehend.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
? Monitor analysts on the area of work that they contribute
? Develop specific data for analysis, and model development
? Provide client interface on solution requirements and subsequent delivery and evaluation
? Provide training and help to new data miners and team members
Requirements:
? 3-7 years of experience in analytics and reporting
? Bachelor degree or Master degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Mining, Econometrics or related fields.
? Are conversant with data modeling, analysis, interpretation using SAS/SPSS and have lead structured problem solving assignments
? Strong ability to collect ,structure, analyze & report on quantitative and qualitative information to help make meaningful business decisions
? Experience in Communications, Financial Services, Retails or Products industries is a plus.
Technical Skills:
? Proficient in SAS/SPSS
? Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
? Strong SQL Skills
? Ability to understand various RDBMS and the capability to extract data as needed.
