职位描述

Main Tasks:
1. Dealer network user administration. System performance and integration monitoring, troubleshooting and follow up with PAG via iTSM and PRMS supporting tools. After Sales related training and support;
2. Contracts support in cooperation with Finance and Legal departments. Monitoring and supporting the invoicing (licences) process. Tester allocation, replacements, new tester introduction (in coordination with PAG), managing PIWIS support process (with IT, AS Technical department and PAG). Tester stock management (together with Parts department);
3. Key PPN editor user administration in PCN AS departments. Support to space managers, coordination with PAG and other PCN department administrators. Implementation of general communication strategy and layout rules in cooperation with Team Manager and PPN space management. Coordination with PAG on News synchronization. (Including News translation and update);
4. Port user administration, support to the AS department. Support DMS implementation and integration. System performance monitoring and followup. PCN user manual maintenance;
5. C@P support to PCN AS departments (Technical, Warranty, AS Market Development). Coordination and user administration. Cooperation with external partners, PAG, and other internal departments. Reports creation, VIN lists, data analysis (grey cars, recall campaigns, car park), etc. PCN user manual maintenance. Integration and performance monitoring; Data quality, customer ownership monitoring and enforcing;
6. Collection of business requirements from AS department on system and the change request. Producing system change request specification/documentation on system function development, data enhancement, process improvement, etc. Coordination and follow-up all AS system development project with relevant parties and departments.

Qualifications:
1. Major in Business, Management or Engineering;
2. 2-5 years professional experience on same or similar tasks;
3. Familiar with MS office, ERP System, SAP, Lotus Notes, and other related software;
4. Good interpersonal und communication skills;
5. Fluent Chinese and English.
