Job description
Your Responsibilities:
1. Setup and contribute to Greater China digital marketing strategy, tactics and plans
2. Plan, execute and manage online campaigns in close cooperation with regional marketing and sales and global digital team
3. Plan, execute and manage web advertising and promotions for traffic generation and lead generation
4. Plan, execute and manage Chinese search engine marketing and Search Engine optimization sparring partner
5. Plan, execute and manage sales generating digital projects
6. Contribute to the formulation and execution of online customer satisfaction measurement program
7. Guardian of Corporate Internet guidelines
8. Budget control for respective e-marketing projects.
9. Project management of other business related web activities
10. Close alignment with global Internet team and regional marketing and sales teams.
11. Location Shanghai, travel to Taipei office and other locations in China are needed.
Your Profile:
1. Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent
2. 10 years of working experience with 5-7 years in digital marketing related function a must
3. Understanding of internet technological capabilities and digital marketing, including best practices and publishing technologies
4. Understanding of B2B Technical web marketing
5. Understanding of drivers/dynamics of target audience
6. Relevant knowledge and experience of social and new media behavior in the region.
7. Proven track record in improving online conversions
8. Analytical and good project management skills
9. Excellent business and communication skills. Likes to work in a large, complex, international and dynamic organization
10. Self-driven with strong team work spirit. An entrepreneur, diplomatic, persuading and independent
11. Native Mandarin speaker, fluency in written and spoken English
