Job Purpose (State in one sentence the overall objective of the job)
Responsible for targeted brand training plan and training program delivery, such as brand orientation training, selling skills and sales management programs, according to annual training plan, and providing support in cycle/annual meeting.
Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved )
1. As a Brand Owner, work closely with GCR marketing brand team, setup annual Brand training plan for relevant sales force, in order to ensure MR being a product knowledge expert;
2. Completes the assigned lectures and be in charge of a class in accordance with the facilitator’s manual;
3. Deliver tailor-made refresh workshops per sales team requirements;
4. Carry out training evaluation process, review and analyze class feedback – provide suggestions for improvement;
5. Involve in the preparation phase of cycle meeting and annual sales conference, for the activities of product test, role play and slide show practice at Sales Training Day;
6. Involve in the Monthly Brand Orientation training session and be in charge of a product line;
7. Support any training activities, initiated by GCR Marketing, Sales Operation or GCPO if required.
Ideal Background (State the minimum and desirable education and experience level)
Education: Bachelor Degree or above, Medical background preferred
Languages: Good in English reading and listening
Experience: More than 3 years working experiences in pharmaceutical or FMCG industry, 2 years in sales management positions with top 30% above performance.
