ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties:


  • Support the launch and maintenance of CRM (salesforce.com)
  • Responsible for sales activity data analysis and generate monthly bowler report
  • Keep track of OTL business, commitment compliance status and follow up with corresponding parties.
  • Collect and review monthly forecast data
  • Coordinate with regional business assistant on general document preparation
  • Adheres to policies and procedures

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS:

  • External contacts for this position include vendors and dealers.
  • Internal contacts include sales & marketing and all functional teams.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND GIVEN:

The incumbent of this position is responsible for his/her own work. Only new work is reviewed before issue, all other work is handled independently, reporting status to managers/supervisor. Some work requires analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment, but most assignments are specific and well defined.



ESSENTIAL EDUCATION AND COMPETENCY:

This position requires at least one year sales administration and customer service position with Administration, Customer Service or relevant education background.


This position also requires:

· Effective communication - Maintains frequent contact with internal and external contacts to ensure positive outcomes. Good Chinese and English language skill

· Focused urgency - Identifies and focuses on high priority assignment

· Analysis and Judgement - Resolves routine issues; identifies non-routine issues and may take actions to resolve

· Business Astuteness - Demonstrates understanding of company business and products and articulates how own function impacts business result

· Continous Process Management - Streamlines processes and eliminates roadblocks

· Seeks feedback and advice from others to improve skills and address weaknesses

· Focuses on key tasks despite limited time and resources

· Prioritizes own work to complete assignments on a timely basis

· Helps others identify ways to achieve goals

· When required accurately communicates with external contacts

· Builds solid working relationships that enhance collaboration and cooperation with others

· Uses understanding of the customer’s needs to identify and suggest ideas or enhancements
