PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要工作职责

Assistant in Set up and Implement different pricing methods and processes
Design the training material and train the process and SOP to relevant parties
Improve and maintain Price Setting, price checking and Price Performance Review templates
Provide support and verify the accuracy of data in quarterly list price, target price, and CTP discount rate, promotion plan.
Improve quality of data source and data collection, carry out Price Performance analysis and coordinate price performance review
Assistant in identifying the causes of price performance, monitor following plan with each BU(business unit)
Assistant in establishing Price Book Change Process and Package/Improve Price book
Implement pricing projects from global or locally.
Implement other integral profit/ price relative assignments from Group and lead Management team

· Understanding the IS business in deep and the price strategy in each modality
· Financing knowledge and business sense together
· Limited automation of data requiring creative analytics, new approaches, and manual effort to view trends
· Interact across marketing, finance, sales and BIU
6、JOB REQUIREMENTS岗位要求
The position requires the following personal capabilities and competence for acceptable performance:

a) Education学历: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance and marketing is preferred.
b) Experience工作经验: Four years’ work experience required, accounting experience is preferred; Knowledge of medical products and markets is a preference

· Good Presentation, Interpersonal skill
· Must be a team player and a quick learner
· Able to work independently & self-motivate
· Superior knowledge of standard tools, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
· Logical thinking with strong business sense
· Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin
