PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1）Ensure all confirmations are sent out to our clients

2）Confirmation exception handling such as amendments, manual confirmation

drafting, long form drafting

3）Confirmation matching, ensure all outstanding confirmations are matched and/or risk mitigated

4）Ensure all controls are performed and issues are escalated in a timely manner

5）Be the point of contact for a portfolio of clients, resolving their queries and issues

6）Proactively liaise with the sales trading and provide support to the business

7）Effectively work with various departments in/outside of Operations on a day to day basis

8）Understand products, systems, legal and regulatory requirements

9）Provide support to the team and promote cohesiveness and team spirit

10）Support projects, business initiatives, and/or perform User Acceptance Testing

11）Analyze existing processes and deliver improvements in the areas of Capacity, Risk& Control and/or Financial

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

1）Strong drive and commitment

2）Strong communication skills in English and Japanese both written and oral

3）Detail﹐riented and meticulous

4）Resilient yet flexible

5）Strong analytical and problem solving skills

6）Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

7）Knowledge of FX confirmations or ISDA is beneficial

8）Good team player

9）Business Japanese skills. Understanding of Japanese client service and business culture will be beneficial
