Key Responsibility:

- To Have tax declaration online including monthly VAT/export tax rebate, business tax and quarterly/yearly company income taxes.

- To manage VAT invoice, including input and output taxes, and to verify the VAT-in invoice of material purchasing, fixed assets purchasing, transportation and VAT in of import goods through E-filing system and reconcile with that posted in MFG/PRO or SAP monthly.

- To take foreign-oriented tax issues related to non-trading and declaration and accounting for other duties, including housing duty/tenure tax/stamp tax/WULPT and fess for river way.

- To prepare PRC report & account reconciliation of tax related account on Blackline System monthly.

- Fill in related report required by statistic bureau, tax authority and relevant.

- To Review daily invoice working paper and customer mailing information

- To Coordinate with internal & external customers and outsource agent to solve the daily invoice issues.

- To apply annually financial subsidy and related refund for Rockwell China.

- To complete various reports monthly related to tax issues,including input and output reconciliation / tax analysis report, forecast and other report as required by tax authority.

Job Requirement and Qualification:

Strong knowledge of China indirect tax regulations and practice, including VAT ,business tax and company income tax compliance etc.;

Strong interpersonal, communication and problem resolving skills and detail oriented.

Bachelor degree or above in accounting, tax, finance or other related field;

Strong good verbal spoken and written English skills;

More than 3 years of working experience in tax function, experience in VAT and BT is preferred.

Good tax knowledge, familiar with PRC tax laws and regulations, basic accounting knowledge.
