职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
Sell & service the Titleist product range to assigned authorized Acushnet direct accounts.
Achieve individual products sales objectives(value & volume) as assigned by sales management to achieve total company objectives.
Merchandise & maintain Titleist products with customer base including displays & in-store promotional materials.
Promote Titleist at regional,national& other tournaments & undertake daily promotional work with marketing teams.
Build account distribution on Titleist products as defined by agreed channel of distribution objectives.
Comply with Titleist pricing , programs, policies & procedures. Efficient, timely & accurate order writing. Accurate & timely car stock admin & reconciliations. Manage Promotional accounts within budget & use in accordance with company policy.
Investigate new account applications & make recommendations as appropriate.
Establish, develop & maintain a positive working relationship with customer base & colleagues.
Work closely with Customer Service Dept & Credit Control & assist with solving any issues when then arise.
Always act in the best interests of the company & protect the goodwill of the Titleist brand & trademarks.
Requirement:
College diploma holder or above qualifications are required, with a Degree preferred;
Previous experienced in sports goods sales is required , sales in golf apparel products is a plus , with strong sales record in the past.
Having potential resources to build sales increase.
Good communication skills and good team work player as well.
Good PC skills is desired.
