Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the efficient and effective achievement of all operational targets and KPIs for transport operation;
• Ensure that customer requirements are fulfilled to the highest possible standards at all times;
• Ensure a pro-active approach to cost and service performance improvement at all times;
• Ensure excellent working relationships with the client and internal customers within the organization;
• Ensure all relevant activities are carried out safely and securely, whilst observing company policies & procedures and current transport industry regulation;
• Ensure that the transport operation team are motivated and have the relevant skills, knowledge and attitude to contribute effectively to maximize productivity and profit;
• Ensure company & Local SHE regulation is strictly adhered to;
• Establish and maintain a good teamwork environment;

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Transport, Supply Chain/Logistics management, or a similar discipline;
• Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in logistic/supply chain environment, with five years in managerial role;
• Proven track record in domestic transportation operation;
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of logistics operation;
• Thorough knowledge of transport industry regulation & operation;
• Knowledge of FMCG, Hi-tech and Pharmaceutical industry is preferred;
• Good service and cooperation awareness and interpersonal skills;
• Aptitude to develop and motivate others;
• Strong problem-solving capabilities;
• Proficient in building and maintaining business relationships;
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin;
• Good PC skills;

• Willing to travel within mainland China;
