PRINCIPAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
Build up excellent relationships with all the global / regional accounts assigned.
Retain all the existing business of the accounts.
Develop all these accounts to generate new business for the company.
Take ownership of all the bids, RFQs, RFIs, SOPs, service proposals, business meetings, presentations, system / process training, and money collection related to the accounts with the support from our other teams.
Responsible for a wide range of development projects focusing on improvement of air, ocean and warehousing solutions.
Responsible to feed regional offices with operation process and tools to ensure performance improvement.
Direct to address various issues arising within the accounts and ensure correction action plans.
Ensure AR payment.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE
? ACEDAMIC
Bachelor degree and above and prefer related major.
? SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
1. Good communication and time management skill
2. At least 3~5 years work experience in Freight Key account function
? ATTRIBUTE
- Honest, motivate and active
