PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*Responsible for all-rounded Hr functions including Recruitment & Selection, Hr operations, rewards & benefits and performance management

*To lead the design, development and implementation of operational staffing initiatives

*Provide HR partnering management coaching and counseling.

*Provide advice and guidance to more junior members of the Hr team as appropriate;

*To acquire progressive recruiting experience for new hires up to manager level.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
*Bachelor degree or above Humane Resource, Law or Business Management is preferred

*Have more than least 5 years correlative working experiences in all Hr functions and at least 1-2 managerial position;
*Fluent in English and mandarin;
*Familiar with labor laws and regulations in China;
