职位描述
**Job Responsibility**
Overall manage PVG export team.
Make best possible deals with airlines/coloaders on day to day basis, optimize space utilization, consolidation efficiency etc. so as to drive down airfreight Achieved/Achievable rates and enhance our competitiveness.
Strictly control coloading activity, reduce as much as possible coloading percentage.
Facilitate sales on spot quote, RFQs to increase bid winning ratio. From time to time attend customer meetings if necessary.
Monitor subcons performance, review their service quality on monthly basis make steady improvement to achieve a more solid operation
Monitor and achieve the corporate gateway KPI including On-time performance, productivity, etc.
People management, keep high moral and train up export team to make consistent improvement.
**Requirement**
College degree & above
8-10 working experience
Familiar with sha air market, flight plan specialist , solid air freight operation knowledge
Good interpersonal skill
