职位描述
Job Descriptions:
Follow through to the company marketing strategy; engage in marketing related task to establish and maintain corporate and brand image.
Main Duties:
-Advertisement: Participate and lead the brand advertising creative; post evaluation after campaign, and make timely adjustment.
-Marketing events planning and execution. Event includes: product launch, trade show, grand opening, co-branding event, exhibition etc. Ensure the activities meet brand positioning and maintain a consistent style; control the cost and schedule; post evaluation, and make timely adjustment.
-Marketing collaterals / POSM creative design and production: Involved in the preparation of marketing materials content, creative design and production. Ensure compliance with the brand positioning and marketing strategy, monitoring the release of marketing materials and statistics; in control of the costs and schedule; post evaluation, and make timely adjustment.
-Sales and branding marketing aid: Provide promotional materials for seasonal promotions, shopping malls, VIPs and products; collect and analyze customer questionnaire, and regularly held local events to cultivate brand loyalty.
-Communicate, coordinate, and supervise advertising agency for quality control.
-Be attentive to competitors and industry trends, report to the company's leadership and make appropriate suggestions.
-Other marketing related projects.
Job Requirement:
Education:
-Bachelor degree and above
-Degree in Management, Marketing, Advertising or relevant field
Knowledge:
-Have a grasp of company's brand positioning, familiar with product features
- Precise understanding of brand target demographic, familiar with consumer demand and psychology.
- Experienced in implementation of marketing activities, marketing creative design etc.
- Knowledge of luxury and high-end FMCG market.
Other Skills:
- English proficiency: CET lv.6 and up.
- Proficient in written and spoken Chinese.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Basic skills in Photoshop, illustrator or other design software.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in luxury or high-end FMCG marketing/sales position.
