职位描述
-与全国工厂店开发负责人共同对所辖市场进行系统的网络规划,并制定年度开发计划.
-负责区域内品牌直营工厂店渠道的选址工作
-对地产、商辅商场的来源进行评估、提供专业建议及决策.
-负责新址选定的前期、中期以及后期的相关的工作,包括调研,合同谈判和签订,设计和工程的审阅及监督,营业执照取得等.
-与政府各级职能部门、开发商建立及维护良好社会关系.
-负责对临时特卖场,促销以及市场活动等进行商业谈判,并按照公司程序签订合约.
-与已开店的业主维系良好关系,并解决日常发生的问题或分歧.
-与公司内部相关部门保持良好沟通协调,达成新店网络规划和开发年度目标.
-Provide input to and participate in the design of strategies in relation to regional retail development with Nation Lease Acquisition team leader of Nike Factory Store..
-Co-develop with Regional GM for key City Retail Development Plan which reflects retail and geographic strategies.
-Proactively seek right location of new POS opportunities by building strong real estate network in the region and negotiate with relevant parties
-Sign contract after successful negotiation, monitor the new POS design and construction process, and finally help to get the Business License before the store opens.
-Establish and maintain a good relationship with government at all levels and developers.
-Get the place for temporary Super Sale, big promotion or market event, finish contract negotiation and signing.
-Consistently improving the location and space of existing shops inside department store and shopping mall by building up strong network with management of these channels
-Accordingly, coordinates & manage the timely execution of the plan by working closely with national DTC team, regional sales team and retail marketing team
-Manage the yearly retail rollout plan being well implemented
