职位描述
Position: Account Manager, Industrial IT
Job Responsibility:
1. Perform all of the sales activities for the assigned territory.
2. Achieve or exceed the annual sales budget, while achieving growth and profit targets for the company and total customer satisfaction.
3. Support current clients and partners in order to maximize and increase business opportunities.
4. Manage all stages of new business development from prospecting and lead generation to proposal and closing new business.
5. Identify and develop local system integrators and partners to increase adoption of Hirschmann products and to ensure successful implementation and support.
6. Drive the specification of Hirschmann in OEM design, end user projects and standards.
7. Ensure complete territory coverage by coordinating with the managers of the channel partners.
8. Pro-actively generate new business in new markets and new customer bases.
9. Make cold calls and off-site visits to gather information and maintain relationships with customers.
10. Meet with customers and suppliers as needed to supplement sales calls and professionally represent the company.
11. Maintain qualifications and technical education to support the sales function.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree with at least 5 years' experience in communication or automation related industry.
2. Has rich experience in managing channel partners and integrators.
3. Domain expertise in industrial, transportation markets, knowledge of Ethernet networking is preferred.
4. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skill.
5. Fluent in Chinese and have good English language skills.
6. Good organizational skills, customer follow-up, and cold calling skills.
7. Willingness to travel (approx. 50%).
