- Launching wet clutch projects in our manufacturing plant
- Technically lead manufacturing activities for assembly, EOL and laser welding of clutch components
- Technically consult other engineering departments, project managers, purchase in the company
- Technically represent the company in manufacturing activities or the outside, e.g. customer or supplier meetings, on conferences, seminars, through technical articles
- Develop manufacturing methodologies, tools, processes in materials
- Support supplier selection for in-house manufacturing equipment of clutch and components
- Responsible to meet launch timing and manufacturing cost targets

Your profile:
- Bachelor orabove degree in relevant field (engineering/manufacturing)
- At least six years working experience in automotive industry
- At least four years working experience as clutch engineer
- Deep knowledge of clutch components and functions
- Understanding of software related requirements for EOL test of clutches
- Basic knowledge about laser welding technology and assembly strategies
- Solid knowledge about calibration methodologies and processes
- Ability to technically lead and guide other engineers
- Ability to build and enhance manufacturing specific knowledge inside company
- Overview of technical developments in the market
- Ability and willingness to share knowledge and teach peers and co-workers
- Strong ability to transfer knowledge and to interlink with other subject areas (e.g. hardware development)
- Systematic and structuredworking
- Good English communication skills.
