LEAN LOGISITCS manager
Top 3 key elements for this position
Lean Experience, operation experience 3PL, technical skills-data management; supply chain system experience; strong communication skill both in English and Chinese. This position is more focus on process improvement which requires the candidate with operation experience.
The major achievements required for this position
Logistics Projects (net work design…)
Major Job Responsibilities:
? Lead Monthly Asia Pacific Logistics Council meeting, coordinate with division managers, etc.
? Utilize ECIP tool to monitor and track all projects with divisions. Conduct monthly ECIP review.
? Organize / Lead Logistics Workshops at sites.
? Conduct logistics trainings for sites, trainers, and take the lead of continuously refining training materials.
? Reconstruct and model logistics flows across sites/regions. Expand use and knowledge of i2 to assist in business analysis and logistics savings.
? Establish network for managing inbound logistics.
? Refine / Align service providers metrics, standardize SOPs, Procedures, Processes, etc.
? Facilitate joint workshops with service providers.
? Develop DG cargo expertise
Qualifications:
? Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
? Strong English (oral and written).
? Strong Planning/organization/analysis/mentoring skills.
? At least 5 years of experiences in Logistics
? Strong interpersonal and motivation skills. Strong analytical and problem solving capability.
? Strong computer application skill (Microsoft Office)
? Self-directed and motivated
Preferred:
? Experiences with Production Controls, Inventory Management, ERP systems, EDI, purchasing, sales, and production operation
? Knowledge in MRP, ERP system
