职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Provide support to the Sales Manager by conducting follow up meetings with existing customers to ensure meet good customer service levels. Address customer queries, complaints and ensure it is resolved within an acceptable time frame.
2.Assist in all sales related activities particularly on pallet pooling projects i.e. training / familiarity for Hire Management software and meeting with retailers, manufacturers, 3rd party logistics providers and ECR body.
3.Assist the Sales Manager in successfully introducing and promoting existing and new products into the market in line with the businesses strategic objectives.
4.Participate in implementation of customer service projects i.e. ECR China, Customer days.
5.Provide support to Sales & proactively manage designated customers in line with overall objective of building database & set-up of a customer evaluation program as a tool for measurement of how to meet service levels.
6.Report on changes and new developments /activities by competition.
7.Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the company's Administrative, Sales and Operations teams.
8.Submit activity report on a weekly basis summarizing customer service visits and implementation of assigned customer service projects.
9.Perform other official company duties as may be directed from time to time.
Requirements:
1.College graduate
2.+3 years work experience in customer service, preferable from a reputable logistics company.
3.Good command of Oral & Written English and local language.
4.Computer-literate and ability to do presentations with customers.
5.Dynamic and have a proper work attitude and work discipline.
6.Aggressive and innovative in identifying and converting opportunities which our Sales teams can convert into profitable value added business.
7.Willing to take a "hands on' approach and work at a ground level to develop good working relationships with our customers.8.With good record of moral integrity in his/her previous jobs.
