工作描述：

1. 需要与美国总部相关同事合作交流，并要在规定的时间内完成要求的工作内容。
2.制定和监督日常财务工作的执行，包括财务部门所有团队成员的相关事宜，应收账款，应付账款，税务，总账，税收，库存交易明细记录等
3.负责执行年度预算报告，预算或费用控制和成本降低
4.根据PRC和USA GAAP负责季度调整.
5.IT系统操作能力，产品成本方法，使用公司AS400软件系统
6.如有需要负责公司进出口相关的财务事项
7.负责年度财务审计工作，税务审计
8.与公司内部部门和外部公司保持良好的合作关系，包括银行，税务局，外管局，SAIC和审计公司
9. 制造业公司工作经验为佳


相关经验及技能要求：

1. 至少大专以上学历，金融或会计等相关专业
2.专业资格：如有注册会计师证书优先考虑，但不是必须
3.熟知中国税务法和地方各项法律法规
4.英文听说读写能力优秀，口语熟练
5.能够熟练运用各种财务软件，尤其是金蝶
6.根据公司要求完成其他工作


Job Description
? Responsible for communication with headquarters in Madison and providing requested information by deadlines required
? Set up and supervise implementation of daily financial including employees responsible for all aspects of an accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax, general ledger,revenue and inventory transactions
? Responsible for completion of annual budget plan and implement budget/expense control and cost reductions
? Implement quarterly reconciliations due to differences of PRC and USA GAAP
? Knowledge and selection of IT system and product costing methodology; also work with AS400 software required by US headquarters
? Compliance with import / export requirements, when applicable
? Assist in processing annual statutory financial audit, tax audit for business operations
? Establish good working relationships with inter & intra-companies departments as well as external parties including banks,Tax Bureau, SAFE, Commission of Commerce, SAIC and audit firms
? Communicates with Emerson China and US headquarters on a variety of issues
Manufacturing Knowledge Background is preferable

Qualification required

? College degree with major in Finance, Accounting or related
? Familiar with PRC GAAP and US GAAP in particular Chinese tax laws and local regulations
? Fluency in listening, reading and writing English and Mandarin is essential
? Good and effective communication skills with all levels at the organization
? Efficient on using Accounting software ' Kingdee ' definitely required
? Some exposure on processing monthly staff payroll
? Must be able to meet tight deadlines, primarily due to US requirements
? Must be a team player
