JOB TITLE: C&B Specialist, Contract Staff

Location: Shanghai

1. PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

To provide the overall C&B support including payroll and data analysis for key C&B projects.
(1)To be responsible for Greater China compensation and benefits management, including payroll, mandatory social insurance, supplementary commercial insurance etc.
(2)To provide professional support to C&B function, including salary and benefits administration, special studies and other routine work.
(3)To support C&B manager to conducts surveys and benchmarking associated with market trends as required, make analysis for C&B projects.
(4)To assist in annual salary review process.
(5)To assist the sales incentive plan management process.
(6)To assist in annual budget review process.
(7)To prepare salary adjustment/promotion letter as required.
(8)To provide timely feedback and solution on the questions from staff in terms of C&B issues.
(9)To handle Expat Salary and other Expat issues.
(10)To perform other tasks assigned by the manager.


2. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB

Experience & Personality:
(1)3+year working experience in HR function, experience in C&B function is preferred.
(2)Proficiency in Excel.
(3)Hard working, energetic, self motivated, and have strong sense of responsibility
(4)Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Education & Knowledge:
(1)College or degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related major.
(2)Good command of English both in verbal and in written.
