Job Describe

· As broker to conclude transactions base following the standard processes of tenant services in Cushman & Wakefield
· Achieve revenue target set by the company
· Develop business through networking and cold calling
· Meeting clients and prepare proposals, reports, RFP, LOI, building comparison, financial analysis, conduct site inspections, negotiations and conclude transactions
· Canvassing and updating building portfolio assigned by the director(s) including building particulars, stacking plan, tenants’ information and availabilities etc. into the database “SiteSolutions”
· Provide high quality professional tenant representation services to our clients
· To collect the Market information like rent price and provide the analysis solutions to our clients.
· Market information sharing with other team members
· Cross-selling with other departments in the Company
· Performed related duties as directed.
· In addition, there may be other ad-hoc projects that you may be required to undertake at the Company's discretion.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or administration.
· 3-5 years of work experience in real estate industry
· Knowledge of China and International real estate market and deep knowledge in the commercial estate is must.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Good command of English and Chinese
· Member of RICS / AI preferred
