Responsibilities:

1. Understand and collect customer information for installed base and make the service selling plan accordingly.

2. Proactively visit customer sites to identify the customer needs on service.

3. Develop and lead the channels to expand service selling coverage and selling efficiency.

4. Provide solutions as well as quotations under the request of customers.

5. Manage time and resources effectively to meet service sales target in IPS, and follow up on A/R collection.

6. Collect the competitive information about 3rd party service and other industry players and feedback to management team.

7. Periodically report out service sales activity so that each opportunity progress can be tracked accurately.

8. Help to solve some basic technical issues on the customer sites.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, Engineering or Science background.

2. Above 2 years sales or service working experience, those with service sales experience will be at advantage.

3. Ability to short distance travel extensively.

4. Good at building trustful relationship with customers as well as internal departments, with strong communication and influencing skills

5. Strong negotiation skills, not easy to give up under pressure

6. Proactive, responsible & self-discipline with good team work spirit

7. Good reading and writing in English.
