-Degree in technical related discipline or business management preferred.

-More than 8 years related experience of marketing, sales, or management.

-Ability to quickly evaluate situations & complex relationships (technical or human) even with limited knowledge, is comfortable dealing in concepts and broad-brush solutions to evaluate alternative solutions.

-Understanding that the END RESULT is paramount.
