JOB TITLE: Technical Specialist ,Industry

Location: Beijing

1. PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

(1)Resolve issues and provides information to sales force, distributors, customers and/or customer service personnel.
(2)Train on pharmaceutical and food industry quality control knowledge.
(3)Support sales team and distributors by providing needed information and sales support tools, technical and application supports.
(4)Develop new customers through use of incoming calls, seminars, tradeshows, mail lists and referrals from other colleague.
(5)Drive the revenue growth of reagent/ instrument via key account customer visiting, customer retraining.
(6)Coordination with marketing and sales team on new projects, key marketing investigations and marketing activities operations.
(7)Communication with key customers to recognize and implement food and pharmaceutical micro-testing method.


2. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB

Experience & Personality:
(1)Laboratory experience of at least 3-5 years is preferred.
(2)Self-confident, effective influencing and negotiation skills.
(3)Strong interpersonal skills.
(4)High energy, integrity, team player and the ability to work under pressure.

Education & Knowledge:
(1)Bachelor Degree or above of Microbiology, Pharmaceutical or Food technology or related disciplines.
(2)Good command in English, both oral and written.
