Responsibilities:
1. A clear understanding of China Food Certification and Inspection Market
2. Assist Department Director in defining the strategy related to Food Inspection and Certification Services
3. Implement business development strategy and fulfill the development targets
4. Responsible for overall performance of Food Certification and Inspection in China
5. Co-ordinate resources recruitment, provide timely support to sales team and Operations
6. Find new areas or new services with marketable value
7. Competitors intelligence concerning new product to make sure BV success in key new Food products
8. Help key account manager to achieve large contract target
9. Assure sufficient provision of sales materials, competitor analysis, availability of new product documents, etc.
10. Communicate with Head office for any new product issues.
11. Set up partnership with industrial associations
12. Close communication with authorities
13. Look for consultants to co-develop new product

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with Agricultural (preferred) or Food Processing related major. And have marketing, Master Degree is preferred
2. More than 5 years in Food related administration, either Ministry of Agriculture (preferred)(农业部) or AQSIQ (including CNCA, CNAS) （中国认证认可监督委员会， 中国合格评定国家认可委员会）
3. Good English and local language skills
4. Good Presentation skills
5. Understanding of local food certification and inspection standards (required)
6. Understanding of international food certification and inspection standards (preferred)
