- For our Healthcare Sector in Shanghai, we are looking for a Technical Manager at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
- Provide accurate, timely and latest technical information, advice, and assistance regarding the responsible products and services to customers and field staff to improve the organization’s customer satisfactions.
- Provide technical support to the field service team when they encounter difficulties.
- Operation and recording by following Field Service SOP/EHS, centralizing and archiving technical documentation.
- Keep up to date on laboratory technology where relevant, monitoring tools and techniques of competition in client labs, taking part in seminars, congresses or lecture, where appropriate.
- Providing introduction of new tests and instruments to promote reagents.
- Teamwork and encouraging others to adopt best practices, supporting bidding.
- Coach less experienced help desk staff.
- Communicate with team timely for the company updates.
- Coach and develop team members.
- Deliver trainings according to the participants according to the training schedule.
- Other related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- At least 10 years in medical device service. A degree in medical engineering or related field is preferred.
- The ability to provide leadership in many situations and with using different communication methods both remotely and face to face.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications in particular expert knowledge of Excel.
- Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies
- Good understanding of the Financial system operated within the company.
- A broad based knowledge of the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry.
- Relevant and demonstrable knowledge of the market in which MED Dx operates.
- Rich experience in service within diagnostics industry. Adequate knowledge about diagnostics products and its major features, applications and advantages. Excellent project management experience and proven success record.
- Strong cooperation and coordination abilities. Excel under pressure. Ambition and enthusiasm for business growth.
