职位描述
The Role:
The Organization Development Manager will have the responsibility to work with line manager together with VP of HR to build up organizational capability to support business growth in China. The person will assist to develop and Implement organization effectiveness and development strategy, tactics systems and tools in alignment with execution of short and long term business objectives. The key functions this person will cover are Training & Development, Performance Management, Talent Management & Channel Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development
- Manage annual training programs including training needs analysis, develop training calendar and ensure execution, training feedback & report.
- Evaluate external training vendors to ensure the quality of the training.
- Organize new employee orientation; provide support to line manager the orientation program for key positions.
- Facilitate discussion on individual development plan with line managers by providing constructive consultation for their career development and coordinate implementation
Performance Management
- Discipline execution Annual Performance & Development Review process and standards as well as regular review for improvement when necessary.
- Provide support to line manager on Performance Improvement Discussion
- Forster an environment that provides on-going performance and career development feedback and coaching to all employees.
Talent Management
- Develop and implement talent management system including talent identification, talent assessment, talent development plan.
- Conduct gap analysis between current organization capability and future desired capability and determine succession pipeline and competency gaps, deliver sufficient management talent with needed competences to fulfil business needs
- Drive and lead Management Trainee program including selection, program design, performance evaluation and career development track.
Change Management
- Diagnose key organizational issues and change management needs, evaluate and present options, guide decisions and recommend appropriate courses of action to address business development needs.
- Challenge the status quo and champions new development initiatives that contribute to the development of high performance culture.
- Leads the yearly Employee Engagement Survey and follow up action plan.
Profile:
- At least 10 years of board HR progressive management experience of which three years in the organizational and management development domain in China.
- Demonstrate good understanding of challenges in the talent management and development with proven track record in those areas.
- Functional competences and experience in OD and people development tools, program initiatives, e.g. culture building, employee survey, employer branding, MT program, development centre, etc.
- Good business acumen and ability to drive HR initiatives to support the business growth.
- MBA degree is preferred.
