Reports to (Job Title):
HR Manager
Responsibilities
Manage plant's all facility equipment, maintain them in good situation, including air condition, air exhaust, lighting,
water supply, fire alert system etc.; Fully responsible for all aspects of the administrative work for plant and offices
( including: cleaning, security, canteen, shuttle bus etc.)
to review administrative operating cost and identify variances
in quarterly & annual budget reviews based on daily operational requirement, to provide judgment in cost allocation
1. To deal with assets management, office supplies, furniture & equipment, to save admin budget
2. To supervise and coordinate activities with vendors (courier service, travel service company, canteen, cleaning,
Gardening and decoration etc), to manage a smooth and efficient operations and day-to-day administrative
Functions in the office
3. To manage business car, shuttle bus and drivers, also control the traffic fee, scheduling, using and maintenance,
to ensure employees security
4. To continuously improve administrative procedure and efficiencies, to organize and coordinate with annual party,
Employee club, team building and other employee activities
5. To keep good relationship with government, to arrange the logistics of visitors and other guests, to host them
and do other liaison work to established corporate image, public relations
6. To solve any unexpected things in company
7. To perform other tasks as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
? Bachelor degree in secretary, Chinese, PR or admin management
? 3-5 years or above in administrative officer, executive assistant or office manager, familiar with admin procedure
and standard,experience in company renewal and decoration is preferred
? Able to draft various official documents, plans and SOP policies
? Excellent communication skills and public relations management skills, work well with all levels of management,
staff and external service providers.
? Good planning, coordination, interpersonal and problem solving skills
? Good logical thinking abilities and strong analyzing skills
? High sense of responsibility and able to work into details
? Good commands of MS office and other office equipments
? Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
