Associate Legal Counsel

Job responsibilities
Draft or review legal documents under Asia Legal Counsels' guidance or as per standard agreements
Conduct legal research and write memos
Legal translation between English and Chinese
Legal documents and data management
Assist in regulatory, corporate governance and compliance matters
Assist in major transactions or projects
Assist the Asia Legal Counsel in other matters as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
State the minimum requirements to meet the demands of the job such as Degree/Diploma holder with related program, years of relevant experience etc.
Education:
Bachelor degree or above
Work Experience: minimum 3 years working experiences in a multinational company or a reputable law firm
Foreign Language: fluent in both oral and written English, skillful in legal documents translation
Computer skills: skillful use of windows, outlook, excel; power point; e-mails and other regular working tools.
High work ethics and excellent communication skills.
