IT application support Engineer

一家大型美国独资化工集团，现在有3家工厂位于上海，薪资颇为丰厚，上班地点在青浦，有班车接送

Directly Reporting Personnel (Line Manager): IT OPERATIONS MANAGER, CHINA

Responsibilities:

ü Provide 1^st tier technical support for site in-house and commercial manufacturing applications. For some key systems, 7 X 24 response is required. Record troubleshooting log and do basic failure investigation; Assist the 2^nd level support of all Global systems to seek the root cause and solution. (50%)

ü Analyze new application function or reporting requirement, directly provide or coordinate with tier 2 support team or external vendor to bring solutions (40%)

ü Backup resource for the End User computing services (PCs and Servers) when required. (10%)

ü Good communication skill

？ IT knowledge:

ü Good knowledge and proven work experience in Doc Net development program/project (Asp.net and VB.net)

ü Strong Process orientated approach at work.

ü Good database knowledge – MS SQL server

ü Basic Knowledge at IT infrastructure area (Win XP/7, Office, Win server, AD, network, PBX, PC installation…)

？ Others:

ü Ability to work closely with manufacturing team at site, understand the business need and translate it in to IT projects.

ü Excellent communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues expeditiously

ü Program and project management skills

ü Quick learner

ü Good customer service skill set, especially how to manage customer expectation

ü Diploma in IT or equivalent with 3 - 6 years of relevant working experience

ü English reading/written capability

ü Business sufficient spoken English

ü ITIL knowledge is strong plus

ü PPM certificate is strong plus
