Training & Development Supervisor
Report to:hr manager 地点:人民广场

Job Description / Responsibilities:
? Build training system, design annual training plan ,figure out budget, and optimize training process to align with Business development;
? Develop and Implement career planning system, policies and procedures, which should well balance between the personal aspirations and company views; Setting up corporation culture work;
? Provide solution to foster self-study culture in the organization. Establish and maintain business staff technical training system and ensure all training records and training facilitation process are align with requirements;
? Involved in identifying core talents through building up competency module and develop / search customized courses to fix the gap. Develop career development plan for the staff according to HQ guideline;
? Build up talent pool and Core position replacement plan
? Report training program evaluation result & provide improvement suggestions to HR manager;
? Monitor training database & communication, Manage external training vendor incl: contracting, contents, trainers & pricing, etc;
Job Required:
? Bachelor degree in management or equivalent major in Education, business administration, etc
? Minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience of human resource at least 3years’ experience in training& development function;
? Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
? Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, Proficiency in English and Mandarin
? Good understanding of HR policies and practices in China
? Good knowledge in China Labor Ordinance and have practical experience in complying with legal requirements
? Ability to work under pressure
