职位描述
Packaging Development Engineer - 地点：上海，市中心

Job Purpose：
Align with global procurement strategy, to improve our capability of packaging development, and responsible for the artwork origination and specification for NPD in plants.
To strengthen the supplier quality management in accordance with our specification, and quality requirements, to ensure a reliable and sustained supply chain.
Job Scope：
Support by Packaging Development manager, to originate the artworks at local suppliers, and to communicate our specification, color standards and material trials in plants. Manage those documents and transition properly in accordance with IPT procedure. Participate the new packaging sourcing & innovation projects.
Improve the quality of packaging materials sourced from local suppliers, including the tins, flexible films, corrugated cases...
Qualifications & Experience：
Bachelor degree or above. Technical or Chemistry a plus
Minimum of 4 years experience in relevant jobs.
Understand the requirements & procedures of ISO 9000, HACCP, or BRC, Ethical Qualified Auditor will be preferred.
Understand the production process of packaging materials, such as the Tins, Laminated film, Cartons and Corrugated cases.etc…
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Team work, and having high level of interpersonal and communication skills
Results driven and Customer oriented
Willing to travel.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the transition of artworks, specification, drawings …etc. to China. Communicate it with suppliers, and originate it locally.
Maintain packaging specification, drawings, color standards, A//W, and relevant documents properly, and keep it updated.
Provide necessary support and analysis to ensure smooth production of TWININGS tea plants and Ovaltine factory worldwide , in regarding the packaging materials.
Assist the supplier quality management in terms of test methods, sample trial, on site inspection, quality trouble shooting …etc. Coordinate with suppliers to solve the quality issues.
Conduct the quality inspection in terms of sample verification, color proof, on site sampling when it is necessary …etc. for each export delivery.
Participate & support sourcing projects and provide technical advice & analysis. Work together with cross-function team to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
