职位描述
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Leadership of virtual HR team: provide leadership and direction to Recruitment function staff and Partners with management to understand resource needs and identify candidates, as to fitful:
· Effectively manage high volume of open positions in the Asia Pacific region
· Create and innovate candidate origination strategies.
· Manage the full recruitment process from requisition through screening, selection, orientation and on-boarding.
- Management consultancy: provide information and advice to managers on people-related initiatives, including strategic business planning, staffing, and recruiting, developing, evaluating, motivating and retaining employees.
- Direct organizational change initiatives and support high level OD interventions, including management coaching, management team development, and organizational design and re-structuring, culture building.
- Act as a sounding board/advocate for employees to help management be successful: ensure good communication around policy, objectives, performance and employee relations issues, remove barriers to individual performance
- Project management and participation: in corporate HR Asia, corporate BU and BU in Asia programs and deliverables. Facilitate business involvement in creating of new HR deliverables supporting business strategy.
- Owns the HR Compliance plan relates to Recruitment function and manages within the region and regulatory guidelines.
Works with leadership to further advance culture Experience & Skills.

- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting and/or exceeding deadlines.
- Ability to produce accurate, high quality work in a time-sensitive fast paced environment.

- Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
Personal Effectiveness:
- Bachelor or above degree, business administration or related major preferred, must have a solid generalist HR management background, 5-7 year relevant HR experience or equivalent line management/general business experience with at least 5 years in HR Talent/Recruitment Function.
- Analytical, data rational with strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness
- Solid background in multinational environment with hands-on and operational management experience.
- Strong in planning, presentation, negotiation, judgment and determination.
- Be responsible, self-initiative, innovative, endurance and willing to help
- Effective interpersonal skills required with proven ability to build supportive relationships at all levels in the organization and its interface.
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written, both Chinese and English)
