职位描述
Key Duties & Responsibilities (include, but not limited to)
? Collaborate with users from various business units to provide support, resolution of issues and enhancement of JDE system functionality.
? Collaborate with various departments to gather business requirements and specifications to map out process workflows.
? Translate business requirements to value-added technical solutions.
? Optimize and deliver best practices within the business functional groups.
? Accountable for effectively planning project-related activities, enforcement of project deadlines and schedules and delivering results.
? Document and analyse information and data as it relates to the JDE project.
? Understand the organization's direction, structure, and requirements.
? Build relationships with users, technical staff and management.
Key Requirements
? University degree (Business, Management Information Systems or Computer Science) from a recognized university and/or equivalent experience.
? Minimum 3-years of experience implementing, optimizing and supporting JDE (World or EnterpriseOne ) in the areas of Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing.
? Organized and able to manage multiple and shifting priorities.
? Strong analytical skills with a solid attention to detail.
? Strong interpersonal communication skills, effective communicator.
? In-depth understanding of functional area(s) enabled by JDE applications.
? Working knowledge of database concepts and JD Edwards file structures.
