Key Account Manager（美国医疗设备行业独资公司，市中心上班，良好的薪资福利待遇和晋升前景）

Key Account Manager, TEG, East China, is responsible to recruit and develop a group of key accounts and is accountable for achieving sales objectives within this assigned group of customers. Responsible for coordinating and maintaining multifunctional communications and initiatives with key accounts in order to accelerate adoption and routine use of TEG solutions and achieve sustained sales growth. creating acceptance for the total value proposition of the product line in China.

Location: Shanghai

Key Responsibilities:

· To be the window person between KOLs and company.

· Deliver sales plan for targeted group of customers

· Overall coordination of all activities connected to the customers group, including technology adoption, training, project implementation, quality, technical support , etc…..

· Maintains a key account information system and co-ordinates implementation.

· Negotiate customer contracts with designated clients in territory in accordance with overall company sales strategy.

· Assists in setting up sales plan for the assigned customer groups.

· Competitor information collection and analysis, related strategies and tactics creation and execution.

· Comply with "Code of Conduct" and relevant local laws & regulations in all business transactions, lead by example with business partners.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience Required:

· Excellent interpersonal awareness

· Outstanding communication & presentation skills

· Excellent negotiation skill & business maturity

· Native in Mandarin and fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills

· Experience in the medical device industry

· Proven successful track record in sales growth and business development

· Understands ethical requirements associated with US public companies and experienced with region or country relation with US headquarter

· Intensive travelling in the territory covered

· Flexible working hours
