Job Summary:
Keep all of the plant facilities and building in proper work condition, set
up maintenance requirement, supervise the activity of all team members with
proper manner, and maintain good relationship with government department
regarding energy supply.
Key/Primary Responsibilities:
1 Manage the maintenance team to keep the facilities in proper work
condition
2 Set up the list of each equipment information, maintenance requirement,
main malfunction and repair information.
3 Set up daily and periodical maintenance schedule
4 Set up spare parts purchase plan
5 Set up emergent scheme for accident
6 Select professional team for special equipment maintenance and
supervise team's activities
7 Work closely with the production manager, supervisors, collect
information and make improvement.
8 Set up the facilities' operation handbook for the reference of workshop
operators
9 Make suggestion to workshop director to reduce the facilities and
building damage caused by mis-operation
10 Collect the past year's cost information regarding maintenance cost,
energy, cleaning, team spending, and prepare a cost reduction scheme for
coming year.
11 Daily electrical system maintenance to all of the equipment

Professional Experience:
Full experience in advanced manufacturing company
Personal Qualifications
Knowledge :
strong technical background (Mechanical or electric engineer
preferred)
Skills:?
1 Excellent cooperation with other teams. Open-minded, quick problem
solver
2 Good business sense, understanding management concepts and agenda.
3 Good PC, English,
Education:
University degree
Languages
Fluent in mandarin and English
