JOB PROFILE
Your responsibilities will include:
? Organizes and conducts annual training needs analysis. Designs annual training plan in accordance with the training needs analysis results
? Manages and trains the staff training team to deliver quality training services
? Organizes and conducts managerial training programs, and handles related issues to ensure effective and successful delivery of training programs
? Analyses and appraises training evaluation results, and improves training effectiveness to optimize the company's investment in training
? Recommends training solutions to help users to tackle business issues on a timely basis, and supports the implementation
? Designs and implements talent development programs to meet the talent demand for supporting short-term and long-term business objectives
? Establishes training management system and related regulations to support delivery of quality training service and optimize our training investment
? Supports the department head on organization development initiatives
The ideal applicant will have the following experience:
? At least 6 years training experience, of which at least 3 years are at supervisory level or above
? Solid experience in deliver training program at managerial level
? Exposure and/or experience in structured people development programs
? Good training skill
? Good presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
? Effective project management skills
? Have initiative and creativity
? PC skills in office operating software
? Fluent in English and Mandarin
