Asia Pacific Supply Chain Manager（美国包装行业巨头，负责亚太区，直接向Global VP汇报）

Summary of Responsibility
This role is responsible for supply chain operations in Asia Pacific and providing leadership in the areas in warehousing, transportation & distribution, crucial raw material replenishment, production planning & inventory management etc. to ensure overall effectiveness and efficiency of operations. The role will work very closely with Supply Chain core teams in Customer Services and Integrated Planning teams.

Key Accountabilities
1. Drive safety programs in the warehouse operations to ensure safe environment for all personnel at work through implementation of safe work procedures.
2. Ensure the operation is compliant with ISO/TS16949 & ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 requirements. Support internal and external Audits on Quality and Safety Systems.
3. Oversee the supply, inventory management and replenishment planning activities to effectively meet the demand and other requirements of these businesses.
4. Oversee the production planning to meet business requirements, and at the same time increase efficiency of the production lines.
5. Supervise and direct the management of transport and distribution activities that include regional and local distribution points, ocean and inland freight, third-party logistics and value-added service providers to ensure overall effectiveness and efficiency of operations at the lowest possible cost.
6. Support and oversee the review and implementation process for rationalization and optimization opportunities of physical distribution network in the region that brings value and reduces our overall cost to serve.
7. Set performance measurement targets for critical operations and implement systems for routine tracking and reporting.
8. Work with Asia IPS team to monitor and control inventory to meet inventory targets as well as support business needs. Analyses blocked stock, slow movers to minimize blocked stock and slow mover stocks.
9. Supervise documentations and shipping arrangements.

Qualifications and Requirements
– At least a master/bachelor degree or equivalent in Industrial, Chemical, & System Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, logistics & warehouse management, production scheduling and inventory management, and supplier/vendor management.
– Strong knowledge of MRP, preferably hands on SAP experience
– Excellent fundamental understanding of supply chain methodology and relationship to distribution and inventory management.
– Possess strong interpersonal skills and able to work effectively in a multicultural environment. Self directed and proactive.
– Highly analytical and mathematical oriented and possess excellent problem solving skills
Forward looking attitude and have proven track records in process improvement and/or cost reduction implementation.
– People management experience required

– Strong spoken & written English communication skills.
