主要职责

1. 3D效果图的制作

2. 设计图纸的翻译，送审，沟通和调整，和大楼以及设计师的协调

3. 对店铺维修维护的报价的制定和评估

4. 店铺维修流程的追踪和记录

5. 和维修施工人员充分沟通，确保维修事宜的落实和工作的顺利进行

6. 保持和其他相关部门的良好沟通，确保店铺的装饰现状的维护。

7. 熟悉合同管理和请款流程

8. 做好工程款项的记录和追踪

任职要求:

1. 大专以上学历，建筑，室内设计相关专业。

2. 英语大学4级以上

3. 能熟练的使用3Dmax, CAD软件

4 .沟通协调能力强，有极强的责任心和使命感

5.可以出差
