岗位职责：
· Work with S&OP process for supply plan and be accountable for the execution of the plan. · Be responsible for the design and execution of strategies and plans to meet plant short-term and long-term supply chain management requirements. · Develop and maintain appropriate metrics that drive action to improve performance in Demand, Supply and Inventory planning. · Indentify materials risks, sourcing and integrated supplier evaluation, and procurement to payments. Procurement to payments. · Through systematic supplier management system for better performance and total cost of ownership of procurement cycle. · Build and continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of inventory level control, receiving, issue materials and shipping finish goods. · Develop a strong, competent and motivated supply chain team to accomplish related results. · People management in terms performance management, communications, and training and development · Make sure all operations in line with AGCO policies and processes.
