Account Manager
(世界五百强工业电气行业知名品牌,防爆行业诚招销售经理)
工作地点：北京/上海（在招聘2个职位）
To promote, expand and grow our Sales
Responsibilities:
Develops a sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company
Sales growth and profitability.
Responsible for development of distributor sales channels and/or direct sales to large national and multi-national customers and EPC/Institutions.
Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans, as needed.
Provides timely feedback to senior management for strategic decision making.
Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on quotes/bidding documents submitted for
pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Maintains accurate records of all quotes, pricings, sales, and activity reports.
Creates and conducts sales presentations and proposals. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics.
Requirements:
o Min 5 years of experience in sales of electrical equipment from these industries:
Oil, Gas？ & Chemical refinery, on-shore/off-shore and power generation.
Preferably with？ explosion proof products experiences.
Strong？ relationship with national and multi-national companies; preference.
o Good knowledge of the market and competition in said market and products.
o Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
o Excellent communication skills and team work
o Willingness to travel.
o Written & spoken English – is an advantage but not essential.
Education background:
o Min graduate degree in electrical and/or instrumentation engineering.
