Channel Account Manager – 欧美IT行业公司新设岗位,负责全国范围大客户.需找英文好能够直接和老外沟通的优秀销售管理人才。地点:淮海路.
Requirements:
- BA or relevant additional experience in related field Three to six years previous account management experience, previous multi-departmental project experience, previous direct interface with key decision makers in large technology companies, previous direct sales experience, previous management experience or supervisory experience required.
- Knowledge of: account management, direct sales, project management, operations.
- Understanding of reseller strategic and tactical direction.
- Understanding of basic P&L concepts. Knowledge of current technologies, computer industry and Telecommunication industry
- Skill in: face-to-face presentations to customers; negotiating, closing sales, account management, leadership
- written and oral communications; time management for self and others
- Microsoft Office suite of products in a Windows environment.
- Ability to: multi-task, respond to rapid change, manage projects, manage detail, manage people and resources, set realistic and achievable goals/objectives
- Very strong English skill preferred
Candidates for this role should be able to:
- Develop scalable, sustainable business practices that impact growth of partner revenue and profits
- Understand different partner business models
- Understand “solution” sales models
- Integrate partner’s vision and strategy with Cisco’s vision and strategy to grow and sustain mutually profitable revenue
- Comprehend Federal sales marketplace and issues
- Demonstrate strong influence skills
- Understand the competitive environment
- Develop and market the incremental value of the Channel partner
- Create and execute a comprehensive strategic business plan
Skills Required:
- Strong business, communications, management and operational skills
- Good leadership skills
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills
- Ability to engage at the executive level of all organizations
- Strong business acumen
- Strong English communication skills
