Marketing Communications Director – Asia Pacific -地点：上海，市中心

Job purpose: 1.To act as a proactive communications partner to APAC business management of Business Group and to further strengthen the company brand in the APAC area.

2.To run and develop professional internal (employees) and external (customers and media) communications for AsiaPacific region in line with Group and Corporate strategies and values. (Government and economic national media inBeijing, Nanging and Henan and other potential future project areas are covered by Beijing rep office.)

3.To act as the regional coordinator for internal design and gift sourcing

Responsibilities/Main tasks:
1.Coherent and consistent internal communications in the region including responsibility for organizing channels and means for day-to-day communications, the regional Compass magazine, supervising the quality of local e-newsletters and intranets, and promoting active use of face-to-face channels
2.Building company reputation and increasing brand awareness externally through visibility and corporate marketing activity. Brand and visual identity implementation together with Marketing Communications manager
3.Supervision of Marketing Communications development in China/Asia by marcom strategic planning and effective implementation in close cooperation with PBG Marketing Communications and in line with global marcom strategy, concepts and tools.
4.Establishing and developing media relations to the trade press, local & regional media and key economic journalists.
5.Actively maintain relationship with local community and promote company as a responsible neighbour and preferred employer. Activities enhanced by local medias.
6.China regional website development, aiming for practically supports local business and further build company brand awareness.
7.Organizing the translation/localization and distribution of important corporate communications materials in China and to secure the consistency of the language.
8.Supervision on in-house design and gifts sourcing service to support local business units.
