Responsibilities:
?Responsible for the recruitment project and take part in all the interview activities (including advertisement, screening, interview arrangement, interview and offering, reference check, etc)
?Organization chart and JD update?
?Selection and Management recruiting vendors(job hunter,labor agency,other channels)
?Response for periodical headcount and recruiting reports
?Execution of the labor contract renewal and probation evaluation
?Assist HR Manager/Supervisor with other HR assignments
Knowledge:
?College above graduate?
?Good English skills both oral and written
Skills:
?More than 1 years of related HR experience especially in recruitment
?Good communication with all levels of staff in the organization and external recruiting vendors
?Good interpersonal skills?
?Good teamwork?
